RETURN POLICY

 

We understand that what you buy online doesn't always work out and for this reason we are happy to accept returns on all eligible items in exchange for a store credit.

CHANGE OF MIND

Returns are accepted for a change of mind or when an item does not fit you the way you had hoped. To do so you must contact us by email within 5 days of delivery.

 

Change of mind returns outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

 

If your return is accepted you must post your order within 5 working days of the date on your approval email.

 

Returned parcels marked after this date will not be accepted and will strictly be returned to you at your cost.

 

A copy of your receipt must accompany your item when it is returned.

You are welcome to return the item for a store credit minus the original postage cost. 

 

Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of issue.

 

Return postage will be at the expense of the customer.

 

 

To be eligible for a store credit the item must be returned in its original condition - this includes and is not limited to:

  • The item must be unworn, unused and free from damage.

  • The item must be neatly folded when returned. Any items which have been scrunched into a return satchel and arrive requiring intensive steaming will be instantly refused and returned to sender at their own cost.

  • The item must be in its original clean condition, free from makeup, fake tan or other stains, fragrance or other odors including body odor, washing powder etc and also animal fur.

  • The item must have all its original tags still attached.

  • The item must be in a sellable condition.

  • Any item which has been altered or tampered with will not be accepted for a return.

  • Shoes must be tried on a soft surface ie carpet/rug. Any damage, scratches or marks on bottom of the shoes or a return without original box will not be accepted.

ITEMS NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURN

 

We do not accept returns on the items below if you purchased the wrong size or change your mind unless the garment is deemed by the manufacturer to have a major fault in which case a replacement will be provided.

 

If a replacement is not accepted the return will be treated as a change of mind and a store credit will be applied. Where a replacement is not available a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Items which are not accepted for a return are:

        

  • Intimate apparel such as underwear, swimwear and bodysuits due to hygiene reasons. 

  • Accessories including jewellery, hats, sunglasses.

Any returned items that do not meet the strict conditions outlined above will be returned to sender at their cost and a store credit refused.

 

RETURN OF A FAULTY ITEM

All items are thoroughly checked for any manufacturing faults before they are sent. This includes zips, buttons, seems and inconsistencies in stitching.

If you believe that you have received an item with a manufacturing fault please notify us by email as soon as the item is received and include photographs of the fault. If the return is approved a pre paid postage label will be sent to you via email.

 

When the item is returned it will be inspected and if it is deemed by the manufacturer to have a major fault you will be sent a replacement. If a replacement is not accepted the return will be treated as a change of mind and a store credit will be applied. Where a replacement is not available a full refund including postage costs will be issued to your original form of payment.

 

Please note that items which are damaged during the process of "try on" are not deemed to be faulty by the manufacturer. All care must be taken when trying on our garments and any signs of misuse will not be eligible for a return.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If you have received an item which is not the garment you selected when placing your order (ie you ordered a dress and received a t-shirt) please contact us by email as soon as the item is received. We will provide a pre paid return label for you and send out the correct item at our cost once the return has been delivered to us.

 

Please note that this does not include garments which arrive and have slight variations in colour to what has been advertised on our site. Screen colour displays will vary from each device and an exact colour cannot be guaranteed. 

THE RETURN PROCESS

  • Please contact us via email within the indicated time frame to initiate the return process. 

 

  • When approved, return your item including a copy of your receipt to ensure identification and a faster processing time. 

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for processing once the item has been delivered to us.

  • You will be notified of the status of your return and store credit (if applicable) by email.

Please note that unless you have been provided with a prepaid return label you are responsible for ensuring your item reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return and cannot be held responsible for items which are not delivered. For peace of mind we recommend using a traceable delivery method.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
